Jill Scott is on high right now with her number 1 album "The Light of the Sun" and dropping 63 pounds since 2009. The singer spoke to US Weekly about dropping the pounds to be able to have a healthy life for her son. The singer says she does 60 minutes of cardio three days a week and eats three low fat meals everyday. Congrats Jill!
